Comments about Anolon Advanced Bronze 9”x 13” Cake Pan:

Used for baking foods that need a larger flat surface. Husband, who is in charge of post-dinner clean up, is thrilled with the easy clean up. Nothing sticks to anolon. Avoiding the dishwasher is a completely minor inconvenience because clean up is so easy. And, I so want to maintain the beauty of these pieces by avoiding the dishwaster that I am happy to hand wash. Dishwashers are very harsh on cookware.
