Pour spout is poorly designed. I already had to fix it once. It also has a safety feature which makes it hard to use. Still glad I got it, but I've had to fix it already.

I bought this product for the elderly program I work for. Our group had trouble handling the coffee pots. I wanted something to eliminate them and make it easier for making cups of coffee. Unfortunately, it requires special coffee--Coursely ground which seems impossible to find (at least in bulk). You cannot use a filter in the basket. So I am still having to make 2 pots of coffee and then pour it into the urn. It does make serving much easier on the elderly group and keeps the coffee at a good temperature.
