When my rangetop went out, I ordered and used this hotplate. I love it because it's easy to clean and works great. My only complaint is that it takes a bit to heat up. Don't think you can turn it on and cook right away. After a few minutes it works fantastic.
If you need a hot plate for your dorm, camping trip or to replace your range top. It works great and I'm very pleased with it.

I use this hot plate every day because the stove top in my apartment sucks. I also have a lot of restaurant experience so I've seen a lot of kitchen stuff.
The letters on the dials rubbed off during around the 4th or 5th cleaning (and I only used a wet kitchen towel) so I have to figure out the temperature by 'feel' now and the left burner (the larger one) seems not to heat up as quickly as before.

A good solid hotplate. I like the fact that the cast iron cover up the coil burners where no stuff can get in and muck up the hotplate. It's solid and dependendable. However, it does take longer to heat up compared to my old hot plate.

Bought this for use when our power goes out to hook up to our generator. Looks like this will be perfect to cook on. Also, thought about using for the buffet table. Very nice in appearance.

We took this on vacation with us and it was a lifesaver. We stayed in a cottage and were able to prepare our own meals on this. Love the double burners and the different size of each!!!
