      Much better than hot-water-bath canning. I have a glass-top stove and old canner took forever to heat all that water. I was finished in half the time with all jars sealing within 2 minutes. Just used the same timing a before but added 5 minutes to be sure.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
