I have MS and have swalloing difficulties which have caused me to lose a great deal of weight. It is so nice when I make my protein smoothies to have a special hot cocoa or flavored frothed milk for my cuppuchino. I made the mistake of adding my thickener to the cocoa once and it was a mess to clean up other than that time it is easy to clean and is stylish, has a small enough footprint. It sits on my counter all the time. For the price and the simple pleasure it gives me with out having to risk lifting a hot heavy container with my weak shakey arms it is as if it was made just with me in mind. I love it!! The recipe booklet is extensive so many wonderful things to try. Put some much needed vareity in my limited diet. \nKathy a very happy customer indeed

I have not called service I should have with my blunder with the thickener all worked out well in the end anyway. Delivery was prompt and in perfect working order.

I use this to make cappuccino. I fill it with milk & let it heat and froth & then add espresso. It is just wonderful. When I want to go back for more it is the perfect temperature. It is easy to clean, you just have to make sure you don't submerse it. I used the last one until it died & was lost until the replacement arrived. Makes great hot chocolate too!
