Our cooker was transported to a family reunion, filled with oil, and cooked enough catfish to serve 40 people in a very short time. Heats up quickly and cooking temperature is easy to maintain. Oil is easily drained back into containers for transport. Cleanup with paper towel wipe. Cooker is heavy to load for transport, but well worth the effort.
