Comments about Bayou Classic Banjo Cooker with Hose Guard:
The banjo KAB4 is a great burner. It's a little more expensive than the entry propane cookers, but it puts out a TON of heat. I can boil 7-8 gallons of wort for homebrewing in 12-15 minutes, depending on strike temp and outside temp. I've heard it uses less gas than the jet burners, but have never used one of them, so can't comment. It is much much quieter though - a gentle hiss, just like you would expect.

Comments about Bayou Classic Banjo Cooker with Hose Guard:
Burner seemed low in the cylinder and could be raised 1/2- 3/4inch to increase efficiency of burn. Great for large volume outdoor canning frolics and portability for same.

Comments about Bayou Classic Banjo Cooker with Hose Guard:
This is an excellent product, with 1 exception.
The burner hight is too low. The unit is easily modified(if you are a welder) by repositioning the legs so the burner is closer to the kettle's bottom. I moved my burner one inch higher and made it much more efficient.
