Comments about Berndes Cucinare 11" Open Skillet:
Living along, I make a lot of one-pot dishes in quantity enough to make several meals. This is a great pan for anything that involves sauteing or stir-fry and the addition of additional ingredients. The sides are high enough to hold quite a bit but not so high that it makes stirring the whole pan difficult.
Quality is superb, better than many of the more-expensive brands I looked at, and I've had great luck with Berndes pans in the past.
