This Brinkmann cooking chamber and firebox constructed with fully wielded thick steel and heavy-duty hinged lids is featured on the 30" Super Roadmaster Heavy-Gauge Charcoal/Wood Trailer Smoker & Grill. The Log/charcoal lighter system is great for easy lighting and theres even a clean out door for the firebox to make for easy cleaning. The three doors counter the weights of the cooking chamber and fire box and the three temperature gauges make it great for multi food preparation along with the slide out work table.
