Comments about Brother Computerized Lightweight Sewing Machine:
This machine was purchased to go to and from quilting class. It has an excellent stitch, is very easy to use, and has many features that quilters love (such as: needle up/down; flatbed attachment; walking and quilting feet.) The instruction manual is very detailed; the machine is very easy to thread AND has an excellent built-in needle threader; the bobbins are easy to wind and hold alot of thread. I am extremely pleased with this machine. I have two minor criticisms: the machine does not come with a 1/4-inch foot (I ordered one from the company and am very pleased with it.); the flatbed attachment can become a little 'wobbly' and needs to be checked for stability every once in awhile....perhaps if the legs were 'lockable' it would help.

Comments about Brother Computerized Lightweight Sewing Machine:
There are four of us using this machine in our quilt club and we all love it. This is my second machine because I wrecked my first one going over seams heming jeans. So please don't do that, I learn the hard way. I really got my money's worth from the first one since I do alterations and sold 3 quilts. I use it everyday and love it!
