This product works great for rolling out dough but when I lightly cut out my croisant rolls, it sliced the mat in several places. I liked how well it adhered to the counter top. I didn't have to chase it around as I rolled out the dough. Also worked great for rolling out pie crusts.Very easy to load the crust on the roller. I think there are better mats out there.

I use this product when I roll out dough for sugar cookies. It works really well and the dough does not stick to it. The mat sticks well to the counter and doesn't move around.
