Comments about Calphalon Silicone Mixing Bowl Set (Set of 3):

The non-skid bottom offers excellent stability. Because they are metal they can go in the freezer before whipping cream or over a saucepan as a double-boiler. There are no funny contours like I've seen in other bowls, so it's easy to mix in and scrape down.\nThe size of the bowls requires some cabinet space for storage.
