I use the pan exclusively for baking. I can bake 40 rolls at a time in the pan, and can fit another 24 rolls in a smaller pan in the oven at the same time. Just what I was looking for! It's heavy enough to give good, even heating.

I use this pan when a large cake is needed. I double or triple may cake batter. The cake comes out easily and in one piece, it's great. It also holds a large brisket.
