Comments about Calphalon Enamel Cast Iron Panini Pan with Press:

It's a fabulous way to make panini's and it's quick because the pan heats quickly - don't underestimate how hot it can get on a medium heat though! My only gripe is that the instructions recommend you don't scour it and you really need to because the oils bake into the surface of the pan - these don't affect the performance of the pan in any way but I do like a spotless pan!
