This product acts as a deep fryer, is excellent for a pot roast or any slow cooking meat, and is very easy to clean. \n\nIt's weight however, requires extreme caution when in use, as it retains most of its heat.
Service and delivery comments:
This item took longer to ship than was advertised. I've found this to be the case with most of the products I've ordered from here. Either back ordered without informing me prior to purchase or not leaving the warehouse on time.
