State-of-the-art features like a generously sized polished stainless steel hopper for food staging, a large cast metal 1 3/4" throat, a 2 1/4" extruder tube for fast and easy feeding, a reverse switch to eliminate jams and blockages along with a power rating of 320 watts (maximum power of 1 1/2 hp) guarantee excellent results, time after time. For added safety, a re-settable motor overload protection switch is built-in. The unit includes a standard 0.18" (4.5 mm.) hole diameter stainless steel grinding plate, sturdy food pusher and sausage making kit (includes 3 size sausage stuffers and a guide disk).
