This extremely versatile 4 quart, glass covered tapered sauteuse is ideal for entertaining. It goes from oven or stove to table making a wonderful presentation at your next dinner party. The heavy gauge hard-anodized aluminum has outstanding durability and even heating - no hot spots that burn foods. The TOTAL nonstick system allows food to cook and release on the entire surface of the pan, but raised circles (the “Hi” area) allow a fraction of the cooking surface to take the abuse of utensils, protecting the majority of the cooking surface (the “Low” area) from abrasion. The nonstick exterior ensures easy cleanup with this cookware piece.
