Before Circulon there was no gourmet nonstick cookware. Circulon created a new category of cookware and gave the consumer the convenience of nonstick cookware PLUS the performance and features of a professional pan.
Circulon and its “Food Won’t Stick for 10 Years” claim revolutionized nonstick cookware. Before Circulon's bold claim, nonstick cookware didn’t offer guarantees or warranties. Circulon was the first hard-anodized nonstick cookware in the U.S. and featured its patented Hi-Low nonstick technology. The unique Circulon Hi-Low surface made the pans at least three times more abrasion resistant than any other nonstick cookware on the market.
Established as a cookware milestone nearly 20 years ago, Circulon Classic grew to become the largest selling single line of cookware in the world. Over the years, Circulon expanded as a brand and has created a variety of cooking solutions that include; the first hard anodized nonstick cookware, the first combination of color and hard anodized, a durable nonstick system on stainless steel, electric cookware, matching kitchen tools and pot racks.
Today, Circulon continues its tradition of providing durability, convenience and quality cookware. More on Circulon...

Comments about Circulon Infinite 6 Quart Covered Chef's Pan with Handle Helper:
I use this pan to cook many skillet meals. Since I need to cook for seven people, this pan can fit all ingredients and still have room for stirring and no boil over problems. The cleanup is easy and while it is labeled dishwasher safe, I prefer to simply wipe out the pan with warm soap and water and put away. I have a cooktop which is why I chose the Infinite collection since it has a flat piece on the bottom of each pan. It works very well with cooktops and I absolutely love how evenly foods cook. The main drawback with this piece (and other Infinite pieces) is how heavy the pans are so those who have trouble lifting may have an issue with these pans. The other drawback are the round, smooth disks inside the pan where the handle is fastened to the pan; food gets trapped around these disks and are difficult to clean. Otherwise, I will never own anything different. I love these pans and how durable and useful they are.

I use my Circulon cookware daily, I love the permanent nonstick and unique design. The only thing I would like better is if the outside would not scuff.

Circulon Infinite cookware is an absolutely wonderful product. Cooking with it is great, and cleanup is really easy. I haven't put in the dishwasher yet but it's nice to know I can have that as an option. I hope to enjoy it for a life time.

Comments about Circulon Infinite 6 Quart Covered Chef's Pan with Handle Helper:
This pan holds a lot, and the sides are high enough that you can stir fry for a large family without tossing things over the side, and low enough that you can easily brown a roast or saute vegetables. Great for making stews and sauces. Can transfer the pot and lid from stove-top to over. Fabulous for everything from corned beef and cabbage to savory meatballs to smothered chicken. Clean-up is a breeze. The only down side for me is that it is fairly heavy and I find it a little awkward to hold up long enough to drain fat or to pour out leftovers.
