We use these every day. We've learned that after these pans heat up we can turn off the burner and the food finishes cooking just from the heat that the pans hold.

I love the skillets. They are everything that I hoped for. They are used everyday. The only drawback is - the skillets are dishwasher safe but the 12" skillet is too large for the dishwasher. But is it worth the minor inconvenience when I need a large skillet.
