Purchased for camping in the mountains, where cold weather can make grilling on campground fire-pits/open grates a challenge. Cobb grill concentrates the heat, even on breezy nights. Safe, too -- no sparks, no dangerously hot surfaces.\n\nWould like grill plate offered in plain stainless steel rather than non-stick coating -- coating starting to flake. Added thermometer for better estimates when baking pizza, etc. on roasting rack.
