This pro griddle, designed by chefs for chefs, is intended to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time. It can convert into a char broiler with ease, providing dual function use (optional cooking grates NOT included). Exceptional performance and long lasting quality are provided by the Mobile Outdoor Griddle (MG) series� 5/16" cold rolled steel construction with stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray. Let your food speak for itself as mouths water at the scent radiating from your 48" outdoor griddle.
