If you like pizzelles, this product is the best. My mom use to make pizzelles with the single iron that you used over the stove and had to turn to bake. This one has a light indicator and bakes them to perfection provided you pay attention to the light indicator. It is not a non-stick surface but the pizzelles come right off by gently slipping a knife underneath. It is also an easy clean up. If you like pizzelles -- this item is a MUST!!
