Accutec Deluxe Dual Grater

The Cuisipro collection of Accutec graters and shavers work in a completely different way from the conventional grater. The tiny razor-like edges are created with double-sided acid etching process, not punched through the metal, so the blade neither tears nor shreds but gently grates foods. Non-slip ends and sliding hand guard are added features to the dual grater. The two type of grating surfaces are coarse and fine, and are made of Accutec razor-sharp blades.
