It's good for the price and a 1st espresso Maker - but it is a little messy and hard to figure out at first. I don't recommend for heavy users - but occasionally it's fine.

I use it to make espresso's every morning. It's easy to use and makes a great single shot (if you use the larger filter), but it doesn't hold enough coffee grounds for a good, strong double shot. You have to use more water to get a stronger shot which leaves less room for your milk. I would recommend a larger filter. The single shot filter is way too small.

I wanted an espresso maker for work that was not expensive, compact, easy to use and clean without sacrificing too much quality. This product fits the bill perfectly.
I am in and out of the pantry in 5 minutes with a clean machine back in the cabinet and me with a nice hot espresso in hand.

I love this espresso machine. I had a cheap little steam driven one that broke, so I bought this one. The espresso tastes so much better, and it is easier to make multiple batches when entertaining. The frother works great. I would recommend this machine.
