I love the size and shape. It is easy to clean.\nUses very little heat to simmer. I would probably\nlike the thicker steel in the more expensive\nDeMeyere, but I was reluctant to spend the money.\nThis is lovelythough. The lid is beautiful. Nicely\nfinished steel.
