You will need to adjust the cooking time. Included directions are not accurate. Be certain to use a hot pad when lifing the lid. It gets hot. A great product.

I love poached eggs, but a good poaching pan is hard to find. This one is nearly flawless. Top quality construction, easy to clean, cooks eggs perfectly. If you love poached eggs, get this pan. You'll love it.

I use this mainly for poached eggs, which come out perfectly every time. Some laugh at their "hockey puck" shape, but the consistency and taste are great. Due to the non-stick cups, the eggs slip right out onto the plate or toast. I spend a lot of time researching to find the best pan because so many people complained about their poachers. This one costs a bit more than the others, but is well worth it. Also, if you have more than two people around for breakfast, it's great to have six cups, not just four, like most poachers. Can't wait to try some of the other suggested recipes.

I must have an egg poacher "fetish" as I have bought many poachers looking for the perfect poacher. I finally found the holy grail of poachers. It is beautiful, excellent quality and perfect. The glass lid lets you see when the eggs are just right.
