Large fish are not a problem for this fish pan, which you can use on two rings of your cooker and also which you can put in the oven (up to 250°C, due to the non stick coating not allowed under the grill). Ideal for oven cooking are the side handles that make placing and removing the pan easier. With the Excalibur non stick coating, you may easily fry very soft fish or fish coated with bread crumbs. With this non stick fish pan, you need little to no margarine/oil to obtain a wonderful and healthy result.
