Emile Henry started out as a small ceramic making operation with two manual wheels and two kilns heated by wood. Since then, Emile Henry has grown in size, adapting with the times. Emile Henry still keeps its operations based in Marcigny, France where the brand was born. Here, Emile Henry has strived to improve its products and has developed a unique process called Ceradon, which makes the glazes they use highly resistant to chipping and scratching. In 2000, Emile Henry was awarded the ISO 2002 international norm, guaranteeing a level of quality and professionalism with every Emile Henry product.

Comments about Emile Henry 'Bake for the Cause' 9" Pink Pie Dish:
If you have never baked a pie with a ceramic dish before, color doesn't matter, you must try the Emile Henry bakeware. Browns crust on the bottom perfectly.
