This set was advertised as "commercial grade". It was rated as 4 of 5 stars quality while a similar sized pot from Farberware was rated 3 of 5 stars. I figured Fagor was some "commercial only" product trying to break into the consumer world and offering a great product at a great price to generate some sales and awareness.This pot has handles formed from spot-welded sheet metal (stainless) that flex a little when you pick it up empty and a lot when you pick it up full.The pot itself is very lightweight, thin and high gloss. I've cooked with Farberware for years. While it may not be top-of-the-line stuff it is way better than this Fagor stuff.The inserts are very thin and flimsy and their fit is so-so. For example, the handle in the steamer insert lays down in the vegetable being steamed so when it's time to remove the insert to dump into a serving bowl you have to use a utensil to lift the handle because it is lying in (or buried under, depending on how much you're steaming) the food. Poor design.The Fagor reminds me of the kind of stuff you might find at a flea market: high gloss - low quality.[...]

when washing the glass lid, either by hand or in dishwasher, it accumulates water between the knob on top and glass lid. I have to losen the knob with a screwdriver, to allow the water to escape. Otherwise I love the unit. [...]
