Warning - pot defective

Comments about Fagor Commercial Stainless Steel 2-Quart Double Boiler with Steamer Insert:
The pot has a rolled rim that cracked on it's second use and continued to crack down the side of the pot when washed in the dishwasher. I hope that only this pot was defective and that this is not a design dificiency. I would reccommend trying another double boiler.
