Comments about Farberware Soft Touch Nonstick Carbon Steel 10" Fluted Mold:
This is a wonderful cake pan. The cake floats right out when done, and it makes a beautiful golden brown crust. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone who wants beautiful results when baking. I like it for Pound cake and am very pleased with the ease of baking and cleaning. I have worked my way through a few of these, and this one is the best! Bought one for my Mom, too!
Best of all....NO Aluminum, it is stainless steel!
