            Used to make Hot chocolate for a party and it worked very well. Literally filled it with water, let it heat up, and dumped a canister of hot chocolate. Tasted great! The outer surface gets super hot though so be careful to warn party-goers. Also be cautious when cleaning so as not to burn your hands.
