This was the best money I've spent in a long time. We are having one of the hottest summers ever in Arizona so it's great not to produce more heat while cooking. The roasted chicken was divine and pork chops come out juicy and delicious. My only complaint is there are not enough recipes for this unit.

It makes meats and vegetables that taste incredible, and that's what matters most to me. It isn't as fast as the microwave but faster than the oven. The only negatives I have found are that it doesn't do well cooking multiple things at once like the ads say, and it takes a little while to figure out how to adjust the time for frozen meat depending on thickness. That said, being able to take a steak out of the freezer and eat it 25 min. later is awesome, even if it was only supposed to take 20 min.

I've used the Nu-Wave several times to cook meat and it comes out very moist and delicious. I usallly cook baked potatoes along with the meat and they turn out great too. I have used it to bake cinnamon rolls and crescents, these take just about as long as a regular oven, but it is fun to watch and doesn't heat up the whole kitchen. I used to own a Flavorwave oven, but I prefer this oven as it is a little bit more compact and can stay out on the counter in my small kitchen. The only thing I miss in this unit is it doesn't light up like the Flavorwave. It isn't necessary, it just was nice and it also made it easier for my children to know it was on and hot. I have the black model and it does look very nice on my counter. I would purchase again in the future.

Cooked biscuits they were burnt outside/raw inside. Very slow. I had a Jet Stream oven for years and it was fantastic. I thought I was getting almost the same appliance. Boy was I wrong. I hate it.
