I love this oven. It is easy to use, it is on the counter so you can watch things cook without having to open the oven door, pull out a rack, bend down and look. I have used it for steak, roasts, chops, and chicken and everything comes out juicy and tender. You can cook veggies on the bottom while you cook the meat on top. Veggies come out sooooo good. Better than stir fry. I highly recommend the NuWave oven.

This works particularly well for whole chickens,chicken breasts, and beef and pork roasts. The meat is tender and juicy every time. And SO easy!

This was the best money I've spent in a long time. We are having one of the hottest summers ever in Arizona so it's great not to produce more heat while cooking. The roasted chicken was divine and pork chops come out juicy and delicious. My only complaint is there are not enough recipes for this unit.

It makes meats and vegetables that taste incredible, and that's what matters most to me. It isn't as fast as the microwave but faster than the oven. The only negatives I have found are that it doesn't do well cooking multiple things at once like the ads say, and it takes a little while to figure out how to adjust the time for frozen meat depending on thickness. That said, being able to take a steak out of the freezer and eat it 25 min. later is awesome, even if it was only supposed to take 20 min.
