We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Makes day-to-day cooking and meal preparations a breeze.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt but unfortunately I received a steak knife instead of the serrated vegetable knife. I contacted customer service and they indicated that they would send me the vegetable knife but they never did so I do not have the 11 pieces that were advertised as part of this set.
