Beautiful design, temperature controls, one of the very few indoor grills that makes real sandwiches instead of paninis, but it's way too small for much else! Place two sandwiches side by side -- that's exactly the size of the grilling surface! As if that weren't bad enough, the grills aren't dishwasher safe! So close and yet not even in the ballpark.

This product does not work. It gets hot but does not cook things thoroughly. I tried making sandwiches using the sandwich plates and they came out a soggy mess. Plus, the lid is supposed to come down and snap into place. I used regular store bread and did not over-fill the sandwiches and it would not close. It does not have a handle so I had to stand there and hold it down with a potholder. NOT worth the price or the frustration.
