Works very well. I suggest using over paper towels or a sink as the juice is a bit messy, but it sure beats cutting out the cherry pits the hard way! It is a great help in making fruit salads!

I love everything about this cherry pitter. i just wish it was big enough to do the reinier cherry. It's so easy the kids help all the time now when I bake pies. I love it if you want to do olives for the drinks. has many uses
