Truck Freight Additional Information:

This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Comments about Napoleon Prestige II Gas Grill PT450RB:

I got tired of buying "throw away" grills that needed to be rebuilt and serviced after the 1st year or two. This is my 2nd Napolean grill...the 1st lasting me over 10 years before I retired it (my son is still using it). I also got my daughter one (a 350RB model) one as a house warming gift appx 5 years ago and she loves it. Anything I could find to improve on the old grill has been done on the new model. It is a well built grill with even heat and burners that will actually light after a year or two! The quality will shine when compared to other grills. A lot of cheaper grills try to wow you with size, # of burners ect but it's just more to bring to the dump after you realize they cost too much to repair year after year. I grill all year long, even in the winter, and couldn't be happier with this big boy. It's a pricey grill but worth the money if you are serious about your grilling.

Service and delivery comments:

Received prompt free delivery to my door - on a skid and in great condition. Grill arrived with 2 left side shelf caps (packaged by Napolean) but one call to customer service and they had the right side sent to me immediately. Great follow up and a pleasure to deal with. Would do it again!
