I cook roast in this roaster with all the trimmings on low and the meat just falls apart when done. I even brown it first in the roaster. It is easy, not messy and when finished you can pick up the well and put in the refrigerator with the lid on. It is really wonderful. I have ordered one for a friend of mine who just loves mine and demands to know where I got it.
