I use this roaster all the time. It has a multitude of uses, especially for soup or stews. You can slow cook or anything in between. I use it instead of my electric frying pan and it works great. It is a nice size for family meals. Clean up is easy and if it gets a cooking ring inside I use a soft dishwashing brush to clean it. It has always come nice and clean with little effort.

I love to cook with the the slow cooker. Yum. The only comment is it is a little difficult to clean when a food ring forms at the top edge. I have to use a soft scouring pad and I expected it just to wipe clean with no effort,
