short ribs and lamb stew in 20 mins, the meat was so tender it fell apart, I had this cooker years ago and found it again, friends can't believe it

I had a micro cooker that we got in a garage sale and used it for 10 years till I had to buy a new seal. I decided to purchase a new one and my sister in law wanted one also after she saw how mine worked. I also told my daughter in law about it and now she wanted one. I like it because you can buy replacement parts at a reasonable price and get them very fast. My neighbor bought one at a yard sale and now she is hooked on it as well. There is only one thing I wish you could put it in the dishwasher but it is easy to clean so no big deal. Thanks for my handy little cooker.

The flavors of herbs and spicies give flavor to the meats. The reciepe book has good ideas but I would change the quantity of the ingredients in some of them. I use it once to twice a week and it gives us good meats to go with other meals. I really like this cooker.

This pressure cooker will have dinner ready in twenty minutes. It is safer to use than the old fashioned "on the stove" type. The container is attractive enough to serve from, and the meats are cooked, tender, and juicy. My old one broke after about 12 years of steady service; I could hardly wait for my new one to arrive.
