Comments about Pfaltzgraff Verona 16 Piece Dinnerware Set For 4:

I've bought dinner sets and some from top-of-the-line retailers. After a friend praised Pfaltzgraff for being such a great brand (and after she had a bowl discolor, they replaced with no questions asked) I took the plunge.

This entire set is functional. I say this because out of every set I had, they ALL had quirks. Some of the bowls were too shallow. The coffee cups were thin and had handles you feared holding with hot liquid in the cup. These are perfect.

The unique shape gives them that high quality look along with them actually being high quality. The coffee cups are very durable and do not scorch your hands should you brave putting them in the microwave. The bowls will work perfectly for soups, salads and cereals.

I highly recommend this set.

Service and delivery comments:

UPS had a sorting problem so one package showed up a day late, aside from that no big deal. The box containing the dishes was inside of another box in which was lined with air filled plastic to protect the items within.

All items were delivered from date of purchase within one week.
