Everything is good about this canner/pressure cooker except when using wide mouth pints it will only hold 16 instead of 20. Easy to use and built to last.

I use this PC to process everything! Anything that calls for over 15 minutes of Boil Water Bathing, get pressure canned! For 10 minutes of PC tomatoes at 10# pressure, it takes 55 minutes from the time you turn the burner on, to the time 20 pints are resting on the counter!! I use it for my BWB also, no need to have 2 huge pans!!

I used my canner for canning food this year. Got it late in the year so didn't get to use it very much. The inside of the canner turned a grey color and the divider looks crusty and terrible but works fine. I love the fact that I can process
20 pints at one time.
