There is nothing negative about this griddle. The surface is large enough to make french toast for a breakfast of 20, and it is easy to clean. It browns evenly, and I would buy this again.

The side handles are strange. I still cant tell if they are loose and broken or meant to be that way. But it works great and heated up quickly.
