This cooker makes cooking chicken, and roasts very easy! In addition to the meat coming out flavorful, and moist, the clean up of the cooker is great. It almost wipes clean and eliminates the hard to clean roasting pan and messy splatter in the oven. The cooker cuts roasting time too.
