Slender and eye-catching, this pitcher from Riedel's O series may be used for all kinds of beverages, or as a vase. Just shy of 10 inches tall, the pitcher isn't large, but is big in personality. The top two-thirds is perfectly cylindrical in a laboratory-beaker sort of way, with just a tiny, drip-resistant spout; while the lower third widens slightly and folds beautifully into finger-size ripples. There is no handle; the pitcher is simply grasped for pouring. Use the pitcher to serve wine, sangria, juice, or lemonade into O tumblers, or a favorite cocktail mix into martini glasses.
