The Rival 10" x 20" Digital Griddle can be used to cook a variety of foods! Ideal for pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese, and meats. The digital temperature control features a ready/preheat indicator. Use only plastic, nylon, or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. Never cut food on the griddle. This griddle is simple to clean either by hand or the removable griddle plate is dishwasher safe.
