This is very useful because it has multiple temperature settings for different types of tea. The electric dispensing starts slowly but then speeds up, enabling one to fill a larger tea pot if needed. It is very well priced for an electric hot water dispensing pot with these features.

We bought the Sunpentown after our Tayama hot water dispenser lid broke. One of the things I like best about the SUnpentown is that the lid removes! No more breaking it. I also like the multiple temperature settings, although we typically keep ours at 194 degrees. Perfect for a hot cup of tea. We've had it for about a month and so far no quality issues. Would be nice if it had an auto dispense trigger by the spout, though.
