Each knife is forged and ground from one piece of steel that is made of a combination of high carbon - chromium - and vanadium stainless steel that is rust and stain resistant. This 3 Piece Santoku Cutlery Set includes a 7” Santoku, 8” hollow ground slicing knife, and 4” paring knife .
