Each knife is forged and ground from one piece of steel that is made of a combination of high carbon - chromium - and vanadium stainless steel that is rust and stain resistant. This 14 Piece Santoku Cutlery Set includes a 4” paring knife, 5” serrated utility knife, 5” steak knives (set of 6), 6” boning knife, 7” Santoku, 8” hollow ground slicing knife, 8” bread knife, 10” sharpening steel, and a 15-slot maple knife block .
